Job Summary

The Account Executive is a highly visible executive responsible for strategic planning and execution of sales plans to attain revenue outcomes. The Account Executive is able to lead others, setting the strategic direction and agenda in client engagements. The Account Executive has high levels of IQ and EQ and works collaboratively across the organization. The Account Executive is expected to demonstrate exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and a strong business acumen.


Responsibilities
  • Design and execute strategic sales plan to achieve revenue growth targets and expand the customer base
  • Develop strategic account plans, nurturing relationships to drive consistent pipeline growth
  • Implement value-based discussions throughout the sales process
  • Analyze industry trends and market changes to adapt and improve sales strategies
  • Work closely with the marketing and product departments to align efforts and optimize sales potential
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Engage with potential clients and build a high profile in key markets through participation in industry events, networking, and public speaking
  • Drive a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in complex solution sales, with a demonstrable track record of success in meeting or exceeding quota
  • Experience of selling into the Private Markets (Private Equity, Private Credit, or Fund Administration)
  • Experience in developing strategic sales plans
  • Strong business acumen with expertise in Finance and Private Market Investing
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office; familiarity with other sales applications is advantageous

Education/Certifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field
