We're searching for an experienced professional who is passionate about the automotive industry and ready to take ownership of client relationships and campaign success. As an Account Executive, you'll need:
- A deep passion for the automotive industry, with a thorough understanding of industry trends and a drive to stay ahead of market developments.
- Proven experience in account management or a client-facing role, with the ability to manage and grow client relationships effectively.
- An exceptional eye for detail, ensuring leads and campaigns are of the highest quality and accurately managed.
- Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to clients, making calls, and building lasting relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to tackle challenges head-on, and implement improvements for continued success.
- Experience in strategic planning, contributing to long-term account growth and campaign optimisation.
Responsibilities
As an Account Executive, you'll take on greater responsibilities and play an integral part in TLA's Commercial team. Key tasks include:
- Client Relationships
Take full ownership of client relationships, acting as the primary contact for manufacturers and their agencies. You'll be responsible for supporting their strategic objectives, securing and growing budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction. Regular meetings with clients in London, as well as hosting at our Liverpool office, will be key aspects of this role.
- Account Management
Manage and oversee multiple client accounts, monitoring and analysing lead volumes and conversion rates across campaigns. Identify opportunities for optimisation and ensure maximum performance for each account.
- Internal Collaboration
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, data analysis, and product development, to ensure optimal performance of each client account. Facilitate cross-departmental efforts to resolve challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- Business Development
Lead the development of pitches and proposals for new business and growth opportunities. Contribute to strategies that enhance the future success of each account, aligning with TLA’s long-term goals.
- Strategic Planning
Work with clients to develop comprehensive account strategies aimed at long-term success. Take into consideration client needs, focusing on adding value and exceeding their expectations.
- Preparation and Research
Prepare for client meetings by gathering data, creating slide decks, and ensuring all necessary follow-up actions are completed. Manage key metrics, performance figures, and client data, supporting strategic decision-making.
- Quality Control
Conduct quality checks to ensure that all leads sent to clients meet the highest standards. Identify and address any irregularities, maintaining data flow and system integrity across campaigns.
