My client, a successful and innovative B2B marketing agency, is looking to take on a talented new Account Executive to join their team in a busy role. This is a great opportunity to get into the creative industry and is well suited to a driven, ambitious candidate with existing account handling experience, either within the creative sector or another complementary industry.

Your role will involve:

1. Working closely with the account handling team and Directors to train and learn.
2. Building strong relationships with clients, gaining an understanding of their marketing requirements and ensuring they are fulfilled and exceeded.
3. Spotting opportunities to develop further business with existing and new clients, account handling new clients once brought on.

1. Strong business acumen, either through a business/marketing degree or professional experience (2+ years experience in B2B sales and client relationship management).
2. Confidence in building up relationships quickly.
3. Ability to hold your own in selling creative campaigns, demonstrating an appreciation for visuals and copy.
4. Good understanding of B2B media and channels (LinkedIn a must, StackAdapt a nice to have).
5. Confidence with learning software (Synergist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly).
6. Aptitude for business discussions and a head for numbers.
7. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and drive results.
