Remuneration Package: Basic salary of up to £40,000 OTE of £80,000 (uncapped commission), 23 Days holiday plus your birthday off! and much much more

About the Job of the Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you'll build and nurture relationships within a portfolio of accounts in this sector. Your goal is to drive sales growth by converting leads into live opportunities and selling ongoing partnerships through services such as resource augmentation, outcome-based projects, or on a traditional time and materials basis.

1. Build and maintain relationships with key client decision makers within your designated account portfolio
2. Booking and leading professional client meetings, either face to face or virtual (travelling to client offices as needed)
3. Client entertainment
4. Ensuring that our customers receive a first class level of service
5. Develop and implement lead generation campaigns to build a pipeline of qualified prospects, both on and offline
6. Track and follow up leads with prospects and convert into live opportunities
7. Proactive outbound sales activity: including cold calling, online and referral based to generate and convert leads.
8. Mapping strategic targets and driving account penetration
9. Maintain a deep understanding of the target market and competitive landscape to ensure effective lead generation strategies.
10. Generate leads for other synergistic parts of the business through relationships, market intelligence and online research.

What we are looking for in our next Account Executive

1. Experience working within a Business to Business (B2B) or Prestigious Sales role
2. Have tracible work history in building relationships being able to demonstrate where you have carried out successful client attraction
3. Experience of working to and achieving targets
4. Demonstrate the foundations of everything we do, A Team, Professional and Specialists
5. Be highly motivated, possesses a growth mindset, and is ready to advance your career beyond current limitations.
