Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Director to join a leading global Data and Analytics IT service company .

This role is pivotal in driving client engagements, particularly within the Financial Services sector, and managing key Capital Markets accounts. As part of a globally recognized IT service provider specializing in data and analytics solutions, the Account Director will play a central role in fostering high-impact relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring seamless client delivery across our portfolio.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in account management or IT service sales, with experience in data and analytics being highly advantageous. This role calls for an individual who can effectively navigate the complexities of large-scale IT engagements and who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Strengthen Client Relationships
  • Build deep and lasting relationships with clients, particularly in the Financial Services and Capital Markets sectors, positioning our global Data and Analytics IT solutions to address clients' strategic needs.
  • Drive Revenue and Business Growth
  • Lead the charge in identifying and securing new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with teams to drive growth across the portfolio. Prior experience selling IT services, especially in data and analytics, will be highly beneficial in achieving revenue targets.
  • Account and Financial Management
  • Demonstrate financial acumen in managing account budgets, forecasting, and achieving profitability targets. Proactively oversee account operations and resources to meet client needs and uphold high standards of project delivery within a data-driven IT services environment.
  • Client Engagement and Satisfaction
  • Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), address client concerns, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction (CSAT). Travel to client sites as needed to maintain consistent engagement and relationship-building, showcasing our company's global reach and client-centric service model.
  • Delivery Excellence
  • Oversee the execution of all client deliverables, ensuring that they meet the high-quality standards expected of a global Data and Analytics IT service leader. This includes working closely with shared service teams to ensure seamless collaboration and optimal project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.
  • Account management experience with a strong background in IT services, ideally with a focus on data and analytics.
  • Business acumen and financial skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
