About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Director for a prominent creative events agency based in London. This dynamic agency handles a diverse range of events, from large-scale corporate conferences to exclusive private parties. With creativity and innovation at the forefront, there are no limits to what can be achieved.

As an Account Director, you will oversee the agency's most significant and high-growth accounts. Your experience in a similar role within an event agency is crucial to successfully managing accounts with values exceeding £800k.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the agency's most valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans aimed at driving account growth and fostering long-term relationships.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to deliver innovative event solutions that exceed client expectations.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of professionals, providing direction, mentorship, and ensuring high standards of work are maintained.
• Event Execution: Ensure seamless execution of events by coordinating with internal teams and managing client expectations throughout the process.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven track record in a similar role within an event agency, managing large accounts (valued at £800k+).
• Skills: Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership skills are essential, alongside excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Flexibility: Hybrid working model with 1 day per week in the London office. Availability to meet clients and attend events is required.
