KEY TASKS

  • Nurturing and maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients at AD level, leading to mutual trust and excellent collaboration.
  • Pro-active, anticipating client’s needs, planning ahead to make sure they are met.
  • Lead projects independently, making sure experts are included whenever required to add value to our client’s experience of VML.
  • Inspirational team leadership: ensuring the highest level of project delivery, including the most effective and efficient way of working.
  • Financial responsibility and managing projects efficiently to provide clients with value for money and maximizing our profitability. Ensuring that all project budgets are approved by the Partner/Client Business Director/Senior Client Director.
  • Pro-actively working with the Business Director to further opportunities within the client company.
  • Working closely with the internal teams, including Creative, Strategy, and Project Management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in BTL channels including shopper marketing activations and experiential.
  • Background working within an advertising agency.
  • Leading projects and client relationships.
  • Pro-active and passionate.
  • Resourceful.
  • Outgoing and inquisitive.
  • Passion for strategic and creative shopper development.
  • Good understanding of clients’ business, FMCG category.
  • Managing expectations internally and externally.
  • Good at building long-lasting client relationships.
