About the Role:

As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and creative Account Designer to join our team. Based in Manchester, you will have the opportunity to work with a prestigious company that values quality and innovation. We are specifically looking for a candidate with a strong portfolio and a passion for designing high-quality, fashionable, and comfortable pieces. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our success and work with a range of high-profile clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Designing innovative and trend-led Mens and kids pieces.
2. Conducting research and trend analysis to ensure designs are current and competitive.
3. Creating detailed technical drawings and specifications for production.
4. Collaborating with our in-house development team to ensure designs are executed to a high standard.
5. Attending fittings and liaising with merchandisers to ensure quality control is maintained throughout the production process.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on designing Mens and Kids garments.

Required Skills:

1. Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Proficient in 3D design software (Style 3D or Clo) would be a plus.
2. A keen eye for detail, with the ability to identify and interpret trends.
3. The ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients.
