Accelerated Innovation and Digitalisation Manager

Pay Rate: £45,000 to £50,000 (Dependent on Experience)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Location: Rugby, CV23 0XF (On site role, 5 days per week)

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Accelerated Innovation and Digitalization Manager to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

1. Provide day to day software technical assistance and advice to enable the operation to perform at a very high level - An expert in Excel VBA, PowerBI and SQL.
2. Proactively investigate and find, lead & assist with the development, implementation and roll out of new digitalization initiatives in Excel VBA, PowerBI and SQL, as well as opportunities to implement DHL warehouse and transport digitalization solutions from the wider DHL network.
3. Deliver real progressive change to existing manual processes.
4. Assist the Change / Program Management function in delivering the DHL TJX Business plan.
5. Coordinate and assist the change projects at relevant sites.
6. Manage and develop team.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

1. Must be proficient in PowerBI, Excel with VBA and SQL. Having worked in previous environments where PowerBI, Excel (with VBA) and SQL that have been key to the role, with available projects for viewing is ESSENTIAL.
2. Change Management experience.
3. Strong communicator and ability to influence key stakeholders.
