Job description

Salary: £26,409 - £30,060 Grade D – Points 9-17

37 hours per week, Whole Year, Split Shift

Required for September 2025

Due to the retirement of our existing Site Manager, we are looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active Site Manager to join our successful Academy.

You will demonstrate that you are:

  • Supportive of our Christian ethos
  • A pro-active competent handyperson capable of carrying out general repairs and maintenance
  • An excellent problem solver and decision maker
  • Familiar with health and safety legislation
  • An excellent role model and line manager to the cleaning team and will encourage positive relationships with all you come into contact with
  • An effective communicator with good communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on interpersonal relations.
  • Committed to providing a tidy and welcoming Academy environment and will take pride in the Academy upkeep and the Academy grounds
  • Someone with strong communication skills which show integrity in the workplace by being honest, trustworthy and transparent while also acknowledging the needs of others and showing empathy
