Job Description
Assisting in the management of student records and databases
Providing administrative support to the academic team
Handling enquiries from students and staff
Coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient operations
Preparing reports and presentations for academic meetings
Organising and managing academic events and seminars
Updating and maintaining the department's online resources
Supporting the implementation of academic policies and procedures
The Successful Applicant
A successful Academic Support Administrator should have:
An undergraduate degree or equivalent
Some admin experience or new graduates preferred
Strong administrative skills, with proficiency in MS Office Suite
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A customer-focused approach, with experience in a client-facing role
A proactive and organised approach to work
A keen interest in the leisure, travel, and tourism industry
