Position Overview
UK Management College is looking for an Academic Portfolio Marketing Manager to join the Marketing Department. Working collaboratively across Marketing, Operations, Recruitment teams, Academic Course Leaders and the Executive Board, the role is responsible for the ongoing development, enhancement, analysis and evaluation of the marketing campaigns that promote the UKMC's course portfolio and recruit a wider range of students.
The Academic Portfolio Marketing Manager works across the full student lifecycle from initial enquiry, through to application, conversion and enrolment and in future with the Alumni Services. They will regularly undertake data analysis and evaluation to inform strategic decisions. With the Marketing Team, the role will be responsible for the coordination and alignment of strategic subject level marketing plans and the delivery of multi-channel campaigns (including Open Days, Induction weeks, School visits, Physical and digital student recruitment campaigns that align with UKMC recruitment KPIs). Using personalisation and automation at the heart of operations, they will help step-change the efficiency and impact of our portfolio marketing. This will involve understanding the requirements of internal and external stakeholders and driving forward collaborative approaches to marketing.
