An established educational institution is seeking an Academic Coach in ESOL to support students' learning and development. In this dynamic role, you will provide academic and technical training, ensuring students achieve their qualifications while developing practical skills. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team to create engaging learning experiences, assess student progress, and maintain high standards of educational delivery. As our Academic Coach in ESOL, you will provide academic and/or technical training to students to support achievement within the technical qualification of their programme. Through classroom and/or workshop training, you will aim to develop, improve, and consolidate learning.
The post holder will support the achievement of students through the development of practical and academic skills to include support for student learning activities in workshops, one-to-one, and classroom situations; provide teaching support on projects and assignments set by teachers; provide high-quality resource management including specialist equipment; monitor and support students on work experience.
