We are excited to present an opportunity for the role of Mobile AC Engineer with a leading Facilities Maintenance Service Provider covering the City of London.

Position: Mobile AC Engineer
Location: Covering City of London
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Overtime available

We are seeking a qualified AC Engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance to a variety of commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
2. Daikin & Mitsubishi AC system knowledge
3. Maintain AHUs and FCUs
4. Splits/multi-splits
5. VRV/VAV/VRF

Package & Benefits:

1. Competitive basic salary of up to £45,000
2. First 6 months is based at a Hospital in Lewisham as a static engineer
3. Transport & expenses: Van & Fuel Card after 6 months
4. Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
5. Full company uniform

Requirements:

1. Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum), Level 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Desired but not essential)
2. F-Gas Cat 1 (Essential)
3. 3+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments
4. Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
5. Strong communication skills
6. Full UK Drivers Licence (Clean, no more than 6 points)
