We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and ambitious practitioner to lead and support service delivery and provide high-quality support and supervision to team members in our West Locality Adult Social Work Team.

The Team Manager will work as part of the Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership Management Team to deliver services in line with the vision, values, legislation, policies, and procedures for Health and Social Care services, both locally and nationally.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Significant experience in Adult Support and Protection.
2. Experience in supervising and managing workers.
