Job Description

If you’ve hit that point in life where you want more from your work — more meaning, more flexibility, and room to grow — Home Instead could be the place for you.

We’re a family-run company, built on trust, values, and genuine care. We support older adults across Paignton to stay safe, independent, and connected — and we’re looking for people who want to build a role they can be proud of.

You may not have worked in this kind of role before, and that’s okay. We provide all the training you need. What matters is that you bring warmth, patience, and a desire to make a difference.

The role:

  1. Visiting clients in their own homes
  2. Supporting daily life, including personal care and companionship
  3. Building consistent, respectful relationships with real impact

What you’ll get:

  1. A starting wage of £13.05 to £13.55 per hour, plus holiday pay
  2. Fully paid training and development
  3. A strong team around you and space to grow professionally
  4. Flexible hours to suit your lifestyle
  5. A real sense of purpose — and progress
  6. A UK driving licence and your own car are required for this role

Your next chapter doesn’t have to be corporate. It can be personal, powerful, and full of heart.
