My client is looking for 4x Cladders with either a valid Blue or Gold CSCS card to start immediately on a large new build site doing composite cladding.
Responsibilities:
Measuring and cutting cladding materials to fit building specifications.
Installing various types of cladding, including metal, timber, and uPVC.
Securing cladding panels to buildings using fixings, adhesives, and support structures.
Ensuring all work meets health and safety regulations and building standards.
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Sealing and waterproofing joints to prevent leaks and improve insulation.
Repairing and replacing damaged or worn cladding panels.
Working at heights using scaffolding, MEWPs, or harness systems.
Coordinating with other tradespeople, such as roofers and insulation installers, to complete projects efficiently.
Installing composite cladding panels on commercial and residential buildings.
Cutting and shaping composite panels for a precise fit.
Securing composite cladding using screws, clips, or adhesive systems.
Ensuring proper ventilation and waterproofing behind the cladding system.
Conducting maintenance and repairs on existing composite cladding installations.
Requirements:
Driving License
Valid Blue or Gold CSCS
IPAF and PASMA
Own PPE
Ability to work efficiently and follow health and safety guidelines.
