My client is on the lookout for a proactive, customer-focused 3rd Line IT Support Consultant to join their growing team! This is a dynamic role combining remote, office, and on-site support across Oxfordshire and the Midlands. You'll be part of a friendly, fast-moving team, handling BAU support, major projects, and technical leadership.
What You'll Be Doing:
Deliver top-tier customer service - always!
Provide expert on-site, remote, and phone support
Manage and improve IT processes, infrastructure, and security
Lead and implement major IT projects
Research, test, and evaluate emerging technologies
Act as an escalation point for 1st & 2nd line support
Work with 3rd-party vendors to resolve complex issues
Keep documentation sharp and up-to-date
Mentor and guide junior team members
