3rd Line IT Engineer (Inhouse)

Our client is a leading provider, a massive name in the industrial sector and based in over 60 countries worldwide. They are looking for an experienced 3rd line IT Engineer to come in and hit the ground running and join their growing team in the Middlesbrough office.

Role Overview:

• Administer company systems to the highest level of accuracy.
• Provide 3rd line support to all ICT teams and report to management on system performance.
• Install, configure and maintain service, software, hardware and application components.

What You Will Need:

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Sound knowledge and experience in the following main tech stack:
  • Azure
  • Office 365 Services
  • Windows 10/11
  • Active Directory
  • VMWare
  • Windows Servers 2003 - 2022
