The successful candidate will be responsible for handling escalated technical issues, managing IT system maintenance, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT services. What you'll do:

• Handle escalated issues from Level 1 and Level 2 support involving intricate and challenging technical issues.
• Provide out-of-hours support as part of a team of Engineers.
• Provide VIP support for system issues affecting the executive team.
• Assist with encouraging and facilitating users to make the most of productivity tools and services provided by Microsoft.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for problem tickets to identify and resolve underlying issues.
• Perform operating system updates and patches to ensure systems are secure and up-to-date.
• Manage application updates and patches to maintain software performance and security.
• Monitor Microsoft Service Health and resolve any reported issues.
• Create and modify SharePoint sites, manage access, and create external guest user accounts.
• Monitor and maintain Power Automate flows.

What you bring:

• Experience in 2nd or 3rd line support is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills are necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as Intune, SharePoint, Teams is required.
• Excellent communication abilities are essential.
