3rd Line Core Engineer

Shift Working (0700 – 1500 or 1100 – 1900)

Your role will involve:
We are looking for a 3rd Line OS Core Engineer to join our team of 2nd and 3rd Line engineers. Your role will involve assisting a high-profile user community, daily contact with customers and stakeholders utilizing the IT Service Management Toolset. The monitoring of Event Management tooling, triage, and escalation is critical to the role.
The applicant must be Highly Cleared; a sole national 3rd Line OS Core Engineer is required for this high-level government account.
