About the role:

The 3D Designer is required to create 'point of sale' (temporary, semi-permanent and permanent) displays for blue chip brands and retail clients. This role involves the creation of 3D photo realistic visuals using Studio 3D Max design.

The role involves collaborating closely with the Studio Senior Manager, Design Development Creative, and Account Managers to ensure a clear understanding of briefs and deliverables, ultimately creating outstanding conceptual and final 3D creative solutions.

Key requirements:

1. Experience in the Health & Beauty sector/FMCG retailers (essential)
2. Must be proficient in Studio 3D Max and also have a full working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Cinema 4D/After Effects knowledge would also be an advantage
3. Able to sketch and create 3D designs in 3D Studio Max
4. Must have expert knowledge of POS, for promotional display stands, and core materials
5. Must have an understanding of the manufacturing constraints for litho/screen/digital print
6. A well-rounded commercial understanding of the marketing industry including any restrictions, laws in POP / POS would be an advantage
7. Must be a self-starter, able to take a brief and follow through to final designs
8. Must have awareness of client commercial/budget constraints whilst still producing great creative work
9. Able to work to retailer guidelines but still able to deliver truly creative concepts and designs
