We are looking for candidates with an executive search or quality contingent background seeking a step up, with full cycle 360 recruitment experience. Must have knowledge of Banking and financial backgrounds.

As a consultant with some success, you will already have an understanding of what excellence needs to look like. We need a strong track record of successful sourcing as well as success with business development, networking, and the ability to build strong relationships as expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing Excellence: Identify and curate top-tier candidates.
• Client Engagement: Pitch to clients, build relationships, and provide consultancy on market trends.
• Market Mapping: Dive into in-depth research and uncover opportunities.
• Business Development: Forge and grow partnerships with some of the most exciting names in the industry.

This position offers a hybrid workday pattern from central London offices.

Salary: up to £50k base
