Key Responsibilities:
- Search for and engage with ‘HOT’ candidates who are actively seeking a new role
- Marketing candidates to clients to available job opportunities
- Keep ‘HOT’ candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process
- Build and maintain strong meaningful relationships with clients and future clients
- Win new job opportunities from existing and new clients
- Negotiate business terms with new and existing clients
Ideally you will have:
- Sales experience (Ideally in a target driven environment)
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience in a recruitment background would be an advantage
