Job Title: 360 Recruitment Consultant

Location: UK Wide, Remote (Work from Home)

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 (DOE) + Commission + Progression Opportunities


Our client, a small but ambitious recruitment firm with a dynamic and growth-focused culture, is seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience managing a temp desk and who is eager to take on a UK-wide role with the flexibility of working from home. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to developing and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates alike, with a passion for driving growth within the business.


This is a true 360 role with responsibilities spanning from business development to candidate management, giving the right individual full control of their desk with support from an experienced and close-knit team. As the company grows, there will be numerous progression opportunities within the firm.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships across the UK.
  2. Client Management: Establish and nurture relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring high levels of service and repeat business.
  3. Candidate Sourcing and Management: Attract, interview, and place candidates, managing the recruitment process from start to finish. This includes CV screening, conducting interviews, and reference checks.
  4. Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with trends within the recruitment sector and specific industries to advise both clients and candidates effectively.
  5. Process Ownership: Manage the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring timely and efficient processes for both clients and candidates.
  6. Target Achievement: Work to achieve individual and team targets, with incentives available for those who exceed their goals.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally with experience managing a temp desk.
  2. Strong sales skills with a track record of success in business development and relationship management.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients and candidates at all levels.
  4. Self-motivated, resilient, and proactive, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage your own desk while being a collaborative team player.
  6. Comfortable working from home with excellent time management and organizational skills.
