We’re looking for an experienced White Collar Recruiter to join a growing and dynamic team in the heart of Billericay. The Role
You’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across white-collar disciplines – construction professionals or technical roles. You’ll manage client relationships, source high-calibre candidates, and ensure smooth placements from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process
• Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
• Write and advertise job specs
• Screen, interview and shortlist candidates
• Negotiate terms and close placements
• Maintain a high standard of service and compliance

About You

• Previous experience in white-collar recruitment is essential
• A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with a proven track record of hitting KPIs
• Organised and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Team-oriented but able to work autonomously
