Job description

2x Finance Analyst | Permanent | Hybrid (1 day a month in the office) | £60-70k DOE

Investigo are partnered with an exciting Fintech looking for ambitious and talented individuals to join an evolving team.

You will be helping to transform the FP&A function, assisting with building out processes and implementing systems, alongside supporting the production of BAU reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse financial data and trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance and key metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA or CIMA) strong preference to ACA gained in practice, ideally Big Four
  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role in banking or financial services, ideally in a recognised brand name or larger corporate
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Tagetik or Anaplan is a bonus.

These roles would be best suited to a qualified individual who has started their career in practice, with 1-2 years of industry experience in a recognised brand name in the financial services.
