2nd Line IT Support Technician needed for a permanent position based in Norwich (Hybrid). Start ASAP ideally Feb/March 2025.

Key skills, experience + tasks include:

• Supporting, installing, configuring and maintaining IT networks, Windows Server and Desktop technical environments.
• Strong IT trouble-shooting, diagnosis + IT problem resolution to 2nd line level.
• Configuring, setting up + supporting small/medium sized IT networks.
• Project based work including IT deployments, migrations + upgrades.

Experience With IT Managed Services (MSP) Outsourced Companies Preferred.

Full UK Driving Licence and own transport.
