• Proficiency managing user accounts in Office 365 and Active Directory
• Strong experience designing, implementing, and supporting endpoint infrastructure
• Extensive knowledge of IT systems, services, and hardware
• Ability to configure and maintain IT equipment and mobile devices
• Experience with IT support documentation and process improvements
