This role offers up to £33,000 and provides opportunities to work with diverse technologies including Windows environments, servers, networks as well as Azure services.

This opportunity isn't just about technical skills; it's also about mobility and customer focus - holding a driving licence is essential for this job since your expertise may be needed at different sites or locations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive second-line support across various platforms.
2. Troubleshoot issues related not only to desktops but also server infrastructures.
3. Maintain and administer network systems within varied environments.
4. Work confidently with cloud-based solutions such as Microsoft Azure.

Essential Skills Required:

1. Windows Operating Systems: Experience supporting users on Windows operating system ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of PCs & laptops.
2. Servers Management: Proficiency in managing server hardware/software which includes monitoring performance & troubleshooting problems.
3. Network Fundamentals: Solid understanding of networking concepts enabling effective management of LAN/WAN configurations.
4. Azure Cloud Services: Capability handling tasks associated with deployment & maintenance over Azure platform.
