2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer

On site 2nd Line Desktop Support | 2nd Line, Microsoft, Intune, Azure, SharePoint, O 365, Teams, Citrix:

The role:

• We are looking for 2 experienced 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineers to work on-site for a fantastic technology consultancy in Edinburgh.

Key Information:

• Duration: 6 months - very highly likely extensions.
• Pay: Circa £24 per hour Inside IR35 (Umbrella)
• Location: On site in Edinburgh
• Start Date: ASAP
• Circa 7.5 working hours per day

The Key Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience with 1st and 2nd Line Desktop Support.
• Windows experience, with modern Microsoft Technologies.
• Office 365 & MS Teams
• Intune
• Azure Multi-factor.
• SharePoint
• Citrix experience
• Experience with mobile devices (ideally iPhone)
• Ideally hardware experience with Surface Pro's or similar.
