2Nd Line Desktop Support Engineer

On site 2nd Line Desktop Support | 2nd Line, Microsoft, Intune, Azure, SharePoint, O 365, Teams, Citrix:

The role:
We are looking for 2 experienced 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineers to work on-site for a fantastic technology consultancy in Edinburgh.

Key Information:
Duration: 6 months - very highly likely extensions.
Pay: Circa £24 per hour Inside IR35 (Umbrella)
Location: On site in Edinburgh
Start Date: ASAP
Circa 7.5 working hours per day

The Key Requirements:

1. Demonstrable experience with 1st and 2nd Line Desktop Support.
2. Windows experience, with modern Microsoft Technologies.
3. Office 365 & MS Teams
4. Intune
5. Azure Multi factor.
6. SharePoint
7. Citrix experience
8. Experience with mobile devices (ideally iPhone)
9. Ideally hardware experience with Surface Pro's or similar.
