What you'll do:

• Assistance with running service/preparation/other duties of the busy working kitchen
• Ensuring strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems
• Working with the FOH team to drive the service excellence
• Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
• Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard

What you bring:

• NVQ lv 2/3 or a busy kitchen environment experience
• Basic IT skills
• Experience in menu production and confident input
• Exposure to bulk cooking
• The enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills

Package Description

• 40 hours per week
• Shift pattern/ hours: 5 days out of 7 set out as follows:
• Earlies - 06.30-15.00
• Middles - 11.00-19.30
• Lates - 12.30-21.00
• Weekends - 09.30-19.30
• £13.83 per hour
• Free parking, reward hub, apprenticeships available.
