Job Title: Procurement Manager

Location: Warwick/Hybrid

Duration: 6 months initially

The role:

You will be responsible for market engagement, defining package strategies in collaboration with stakeholders, developing ITT documents and running the procurement process through to award. This includes framework call-offs and market competition.

Responsibilities:
  1. Own and lead the end-to-end procurement of FEED and enabling packages, primarily professional & technical services (e.g., engineering design, lands & environmental studies, project services).
  2. Ensure compliance with UCR/PA 2023 procurement regulations and procurement governance & process.
  3. Work collaboratively with project team, supply chain and business stakeholders to ensure best value outcomes.
  4. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
  5. Work pro-actively in a fast-paced project environment with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
  1. Experience in construction/infrastructure/major projects procurement.
  2. Strong understanding of the end-to-end capital project life cycle and the role of procurement in adding value and mitigating project risk.
  3. Strong understanding of regulated procurement processes (UCR/PA 2023).
  4. Experience with engagement of professional/technical services using NEC4 PSC/TSC contracts.
  5. Knowledge of the Development Consent Order process is desirable.
  6. Candidates will ideally show evidence of the above in their CV in order to be considered.
