NSG Environmental Ltd has been delivering work programmes in the nuclear industry for over 40 years. Traditionally in the areas of decommissioning and waste management, NSG now has a broad customer base and provides a wide spectrum of services across the nuclear project lifecycle. The delivery and management of these projects and programmes of work is carried out by a skilled workforce composed of both white-collar and blue-collar personnel in technical, administrative, and physical roles.

The Role

• Ensure projects are delivered safely within budget and to programme.
• Act as the point of contact to all stakeholders and for all aspects associated with project delivery.
• Monitor work activity and progress in conjunction with the appropriate manager/function head.
• Maintain and manage a risk register and implement risk mitigation actions as necessary.
• Compile project status reports, narrative, and variance.
• Manage monthly budget, spending, and forecast spending.
• Ensure high levels of Quality are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and manage the safety performance on the project.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree or HND in project management or related engineering discipline.
• IOSH 'Managing Safely' or appropriate formal Health & Safety qualification.
• 5-10 years' experience in a project delivery related role.
• Client-side Project Management Experience.
• Experience in delivering NEC Contracts.
• Managing multiple projects £10m+.
• Previous experience working with LV / HV electrical projects.
