You may think that a Field Service Engineer sounds technical, and in part, it is - but this role is so much more than that. It's about connecting people with what matters most.

No two days are the same. One day, you could be installing cutting-edge broadband in a customer's home; the next, you're troubleshooting an issue and helping someone get back online and making their day. You'll enjoy the freedom of working outside and get to experience real job progression. And the best part? You'll only be working 4 days out of 7 each week.

No experience? No problem. We'll fully train and support you every step of the way through a detailed onboarding stage when you join. You'll also have a dedicated mentor who will join you on the journey to provide you with ongoing guidance.

What You'll Do

You'll be the friendly face of our brand, delivering top-notch service while tackling a variety of tasks:

  • Install and maintain broadband, TV, and phone services to customers' homes.
  • Quickly resolve technical issues, ensuring customers stay connected to what matters most.
  • Provide exceptional service that leaves every customer satisfied and smiling.
  • Work independently with the backing of a supportive team, always there to help you deliver your best.
The must haves

There are only three things that are deal-breakers for us. You'll need:

  • A UK manual driving licence.
  • Confidence working at heights and outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • To live in one of the specified postcodes above.
The other stuff we are looking for

Since we'll give you all the training you need, what's most important are the right skills and attributes. These include:

  • A problem-solving mindset and a passion for helping customers.
  • A methodical, organised approach to work.
  • The ability to be composed and adapt to any situation.
What's in it for you

We believe in rewarding our people, so here's what you'll get:

  • A starting salary of £29,000 with the potential to earn up to £36,200 through on-target earnings (£4,700 overtime + £2,500 commission).
  • Private medical cover through BUPA (including upgrade options to cover loved ones), a healthcare plan, and critical illness insurance.
  • Market-leading maternity, paternity, neonatal, and carers leave policies.
  • 25 days of annual leave, UK bank holidays and your birthday off. Plus, the option to buy and sell up to 5 extra days.
  • A 4-day working week - After training, you'll work 37.5 hours across just 4 days (Monday to Saturday), with shifts ranging between 7.5 and 10 hours.
  • Up to 10% employer pension contributions and life insurance.
