The Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking a range of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Assistant Practitioners, and support staff to help us deliver major transformational change to strengthen and redesign its home-based rehabilitation services. This includes the design and implementation of a new Enhanced Rehabilitation Service to augment existing community rehabilitation pathways.
As a key member of the Enhanced Rehabilitation team, you will bring a commitment to collaborative working, a focus on delivering high-quality interventions and support, and be person-centred in your approach. As a new service, you have lots of opportunities to develop skills in rehabilitation across a range of medical conditions, problem-solving, quality improvement, and team building.
When joining the EHSCP, you can expect a commitment to your personal and professional development and access to a range of training and development opportunities relevant to your role.
