An established industry player is seeking a dedicated individual to manage supplementary staffing requests and ensure quality service delivery. This role involves sourcing available staff, supporting recruitment initiatives, and managing placement negotiations. Job description

Work Pattern - 7 day working x 9 hour shifts between hours 0800 - 2000


Responsible for receiving requests for supplementary staffing, sourcing and securing available staff for work, to meet the demand of supplementary staffing. This may involve escalation to agencies if there is insufficient capacity of available Bank workers.


Support the Supplementary Staffing Manager in the delivery of all new Staff Bank service developments and projects, including, for example, staff recruitment, demand management, and placement negotiations for workers, ensuring quality and operational targets are achieved.
