Work Pattern - 7 day working x 9 hour shifts between hours 0800 - 2000.
Responsible for receiving requests for supplementary staffing, sourcing and securing available staff for work to meet the demand of supplementary staffing. This may involve escalation to agencies if there is insufficient capacity of available Bank workers.
Support the Supplementary Staffing Manager in the delivery of all new Staff Bank service developments and projects, including staff recruitment, demand management, and placement negotiations for workers, ensuring quality and operational targets are achieved.
