University Hospital Hairmyres are looking to recruit a Charge Nurse within the Acute Stroke Unit.
As part of a multidisciplinary team the Charge Nurse will have responsibility for assessment of care needs and evaluation of programmes of care ensuring the delivery of high quality care to patients. In the absence of the Senior Charge Nurse you will have continuing responsibility for the management and clinical leadership of the area including supervision, development and deployment of staff.
Please note: Duties may vary with the type of ward/department and the degree of patient dependency.
