Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist (Band 5)

Fixed term for 6 months

1.0 WTE

This vacancy is for a committed, innovative and motivated Speech and Language Therapist to work as part of an established adult acquired speech and language therapy service.

This post requires someone who can work flexibly across hospital and community settings.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. To provide a comprehensive speech and language therapy service to patients across the whole pathway.
2. Staff responsibility – Supervise and support clinical workload of SLT assistant and SLT students.

Key Requirements:

1. A SLT degree qualification or equivalent and HCPC registration is essential for this post.
2. A qualified SLT wishing to develop or consolidate rehabilitation skills in the field of adult acquired disorders.
