What You’ll Do:
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver impactful projects, from initial sketches to detailed designs and site support.
  • Tackle real-world problems—think sustainable infrastructure, resilient systems, or smart urban solutions—using creativity and cutting-edge tools.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and contractors, ensuring every project hums with excellence and purpose.
  • Grow your skills across all phases of the project lifecycle, making a tangible difference to society and the environment.
Who You Are:
  • You’ve earned (or expect by 2025) a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (obtained no earlier than 2023)—Master’s is a bonus!
  • You’ve got less than 12 months of relevant experience (excluding placements) and a passion for making the world better.
  • You’re methodical, proactive, and love solving problems, whether solo or with a crew.
  • Your communication’s sharp—confidently chatting with clients and crafting detailed reports comes naturally.
