  4. Be required to stay away from home and may be required to travel on a Sunday evening.
  5. Set demanding goals and focus on quality as well as attention to detail.

  8. Keep up to date with current trends, commercial, and brand awareness.
  9. Have an aptitude for our profession through a true sensitivity to our products & our market.
  10. Be passionate about haircare/skin care and understand the importance of aesthetic quality and detail.
  11. Focus and achieve targets/objectives set.

You have:

  1. Experience in delivering Technical Workshops, Presentations, and Classes.
  2. Technical competence, cutting competence, and styling competence.
  3. Strong communication skills at all levels.
  4. Experience of building relationships with clients.
  5. Experience in Microsoft Office Packages, namely PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  6. An enthusiastic manner and the ability to inspire, motivate, coach, and develop people.
  7. A passion for the haircare/skin care industry.
  8. Strong organizational skills.
  9. Diplomacy and patience.
  10. The ability to work in an ever-changing & demanding environment.

You show:

  1. Ambition: You anticipate, think and dream big, demonstrating a high level of aspiration.
  2. Judgment: You balance operational and strategic thinking, challenging the status quo and managing confrontation effectively.

We put people development and learning at the heart of our business; we’ll help you master your role, develop your technical expertise, and benefit from exceptional management and leadership programmes.

Looking for a good work/life balance? With our new hybrid working scheme, you can take a flexible approach to work as well as benefit from early finishes on Fridays during the summer.

As any great employer should do, we make sure we look after your financial wellbeing. That’s why we have a great pension plan, profit share scheme, and many more incentives to give you the security you deserve.

At L’Oréal, we take pride in creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where everyone is welcome and their contributions are valued.
