The Role
As a graduate engineer, your day-to-day tasks will vary, as we’ll expose you to all aspects of our work so you can discover what suits you. You could be:

  1. Working on live projects from day one
  2. In a variety of sectors from healthcare to hotels
  3. Producing detailed designs and drawings
  4. Using the latest computer modelling software CAD and Revit
  5. Continuous CPD and learning opportunities
  6. Developing security threat and risk assessments through to the production of detailed designs and drawings, using the latest computer modelling software, undertaking site surveys, or researching ground-breaking technologies.

Communicating will span all of these, as we regularly liaise with project teams, meet clients or end users, and attend collaborative meetings.

You will receive a dedicated mentor and supervisor and you will receive the best training to support you through your development with us.

What We Are Looking For

  1. An expected or achieved 2.1 or above IET or CIBSE accredited degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems, Control Engineering, Wireless Communications, Electro-Mechanical, Security or built environment discipline.
  2. A master’s or other relevant post graduate qualification is an advantage.
  3. Previous placement or work experience in a similar industry is an advantage.
  4. An understanding of CAD or similar modelling software is an advantage.
  5. Able to achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) before appointment and be willing to undergo National Security Vetting in due course.
  6. Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills.
  7. Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
  8. A friendly, ambitious and confident individual with a flexible and resilient approach.
