PAYE Rate:
1st 40 Hours M-F - £22.31 per hour + £2.69 hol pay
Over 40 Hours M-F & Sat - £26.78 per hour + £3.23 hol pay
Lodge - £60.00 per day worked

Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring smooth project delivery.
Issue and close permits, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct
equipment checks
to maintain site safety and efficiency.
Manage site documentation, ensuring all
paperwork
is accurate and up to date.
Enforce site health and safety regulations, conducting toolbox talks and risk assessments.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site operatives.
Monitor and manage subcontractors to ensure work meets project standards.
CSCS Card
SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) Certification
Temporary Works Coordinator Certificate
Proven experience in issuing and closing permits.
Strong knowledge of equipment checks and site safety regulations.
Excellent organisational skills with experience managing site paperwork.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain high safety standards.
