These roles offer a unique and exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a large NHS organisation, supporting a dedicated workforce of 17,000 to be at their best, so that we can continue to deliver cutting-edge services and the best possible patient care.

Within a wider team of five, these roles report directly to the Group Chief People Officer, forming the People Function's SLT and sharing accountability for delivery of our People Strategy and five strategic objectives.

As a collective of passionate senior leaders with extensive experience leading highly respected services, you'll possess a strong and nurturing leadership style, combined with a high level of ability to make strategic, evidence-based decisions, which will allow you to lead your specialist teams through this exciting period of change.

Both of these roles can be based at either Epsom & St Helier Hospitals or St. George’s Hospital, with regular travel across GESH sites.
  3. Site Director of People (St. George’s Hospital University NHS Foundation Trust):
In this role, you'll shape the future of St. George’s Hospital by developing site-specific people strategies, collaborating closely with the Executive team to align our goals and provide the best conditions for our staff to thrive.
