1^st Line Support Engineer - EPOS

Location: High Wycombe

Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 + benefits + bonus

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate 1^st Line Support Engineer with a background in IT or EPOS Support to join a fantastic sports company in High Wycombe.

To be successful in your application for the 1^st Line Support Engineer position, you should have:

• Excellent communication skills
• A genuine passion for helping customers and growing a project
• A sporty nature, someone sports professionals would enjoy talking to
• Ability to maintain spreadsheet trackers
• Experience in the use of EPOS systems or supporting one
• Good MS Office skills
• Experience in supporting an application
• Retail supervision or management experience
• Experience or an understanding of SQL
