1st Line Support Analyst £30,000 Fully Remote

An exciting opportunity to join a growing, global organisation that is expanding its support team. You'll be part of a close-knit IT function, providing first-line technical support within a Microsoft Office 365 environment. Your responsibilities will include managing and resolving support tickets, escalating issues where appropriate, and contributing to the smooth operation of end-user services.

In addition to day-to-day support tasks, you'll have the chance to broaden your experience by getting involved in a range of ongoing IT projects. This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow and progress within a dynamic and supportive team.

We Are Looking For Someone With

  1. Outstanding customer service skills and a strong service-oriented mindset
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, particularly Office 365 and Azure Active Directory
  3. A proactive support analyst who is eager to learn and develop professionally
  4. Experience supporting user lifecycle processes (joiners, movers, leavers)

Desirable

  1. Experience supporting Dynamics 365
  2. Familiarity with Microsoft Intune
