There is a fantastic opportunity to make working with this team your reality now, as they are looking for someone to join their team as a 1st Line Technical Support Engineer / 1st Line IT Support Engineer.
They are very different from your average IT support firm. They are a busy, fast-paced team where all the team gains exposure to new technologies. They don’t believe in the concept of ‘third-line support’; they are all hands-on!
When designing solutions for clients, they will help you to understand and implement the right combination of technology, economy, and psychology – ensuring that any solutions are the right fit for the end-user, considering how they work and what their budgets are. Customer need is everything.

The role of 1st Line IT Support Engineer requires someone with a basic level of experience and knowledge around technical support and IT support. You may not be 100% there yet in terms of working independently, but you have a decent general understanding of troubleshooting, ticketing systems, customer service and of working in an IT support desk environment.

Please note: this role will occasionally involve some travel across the UK to customer sites (historically around once a month), and so needs someone who can both commit to this time away at short notice, and who can drive when necessary to client sites around the country.
