Job description

14 – 16 Learner Coach – Term time only

£20,875 - £22,792 per annum

Dudley College of Technology is one of the most successful further education colleges in the UK, providing a wide range of education and training programmes across the West Midlands. Graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted in our most recent inspection in 2023, success rates for learners, across all programmes, are on or significantly above national benchmarks.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to provide mentoring support to 14-16 year old learners to ensure retention, attendance and achievement are maintained to a high standard.

The successful applicant will be required to instruct on all 14-16 programmes and provide cover support to ensure programmes run smoothly.
